Beachway Drive Closure at Belle Terre – March 1, 2010

In conjunction with the Belle Terre Parkway 4-Laning Project, Beachway Drive will be closed at the intersection of Belle Terre Parkway starting on March 1, 2010 and will last approximately 2 weeks.

Bayside Drive Closure at Belle Terre – March 1, 2010

Banton Ln (North) Closure at Belle Terre – January 19, 2010

In conjunction with the Belle Terre Parkway 4-Laning Project, Banton Lane (North) will be closed at the intersection of Belle Terre Parkway starting on January 19, 2010 and will last approximately 7 days.

Belle Terre Lane Shift to New Alignment – January 25, 2010

A new lane shift will be implemented in the Northbound and Southbound direction of Belle Terre near the Saint Thomas Episcopal Church starting on January 25, 2010. Traffic will be shifted utilizing advance warning signs, barrels, pavement markings and a reduced speed limit of 35 mph.

This work is required to reconstruct the new northbound lanes of Belle Terre in the above referenced area. Please use caution and drive safely.

Belle Terre Lane Shift – September 22, 2009

Northbound and Southbound traffic on Belle Terre Parkway will be shifted to the west onto temporary pavement between Braddock Lane and Banton Lane in order to maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction during the construction of the box culvert. Traffic will be shifted utilizing advance warning signs, barrels, barrier wall, pavement markings and a reduced speed limit of 35 mph. This revised traffic pattern will commence on September 22, 2009. Please use caution and drive safely.

Burroughs Dr Closure at Belle Terre – August 31, 2009

In conjunction with the Belle Terre Parkway 4-Laning Project, Burroughs Drive will be closed at the intersection of Belle Terre Parkway starting on August 31, 2009 and will last approximately 7 days.

Belle Terre SB Lane Closure – May 23, 2009

The southbound lane of Belle Terre Parkway will be closed between Brookside Lane and Bridgehaven Drive on Saturday May 23, 2009 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Two way, one lane traffic will be maintained with the use of flaggers.

This work is required for the installation of utilities poles in the above referenced area. Please use caution and drive safely.

Belle Terre Lane Shift – May 4, 2009

Northbound and Southbound traffic on Belle Terre Parkway will be shifted to the west onto temporary pavement between Bridgehaven Drive and Brookside Lane in order to maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction during the construction of the box culvert. Traffic will be shifted utilizing advance warning signs, barrels, barrier wall, pavement markings and a reduced speed limit of 35 mph. This revised traffic pattern will commence on May 4, 2009 and will last approximately 3 months. Please use caution and drive safely.

Lakeview Blvd. and LaMancha Drive Road Closures

In conjunction with the Belle Terre Parkway 4-Laning Project, Lakeview Blvd. will be closed at the intersection of Matanzas Woods Pkwy to just south of London Drive starting on February 16, 2009 and will reopen March 6th.

In addition, LaMancha Drive will be closed at the southern intersection with Lakeview Blvd. (near MatanzasWoods Pkwy) during the same timeframe.

Bayside Drive Closure at Belle Terre on August 28, 2008

On Thursday, August 28th, 2008, Bayside Drive will be closed @ Belle Terre Parkway due to necessary utility work. A detour route will be provided to maintain access to Belle Terre Parkway.

Revised Traffic Pattern – Effective June 9, 2008

Northbound and Southbound traffic on Belle Terre Parkway will be shifted approximately 12 feet to the west onto temporary pavement in order to maintain two lanes of traffic in each direction during the construction of the new waterline. Traffic will be shifted utilizing advance warning signs, barrels and pavement markings. This revised traffic pattern will be utilized until further notice. Please use caution and drive safely.
